Our Apartment No. 1 is on one level in the basement of our house in Füssen–Bad Faulenbach and offers plenty of space on approx. 88 m² for up to 6 people – ideal for families or small groups. The apartment has three cosy bedrooms:

one bedroom with a double bed,

two further rooms each with two single beds that can be flexibly combined into double beds.
The modern kitchen-living area combines cooking and relaxing in a stylish way. Here a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and many other practical kitchen helpers await you – perfect for shared meals.
The bright bathroom is equipped with a level-access walk-in shower and offers you pleasant comfort. In addition, a separate guest toilet is available.
The apartment is designed barrier-free and impresses with a friendly atmosphere and a well-thought-out room layout – here you can feel at ease from the very first moment.

Our spacious, barrier-free holiday apartment in the basement offers space on approx. 88 m2 for up to 6 people. It has a large terrace with a wonderful view of the spa park – ideal for relaxing. The non-smoking house does not allow pets.

For shared use, a washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (at the main entrance). Parking is available directly at the house. For bicycles there is a covered bike shed with charging options for e-bike batteries (charging inside the apartments is not permitted). Free Wi-Fi is of course available.
